Once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, in stock items ordered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Please note that the shipping days are business days only. Please do not count holidays and weekends. If you've ordered pre-order items, your order will ship once all the items on your order are available.

Free Standard Shipping within the Continental US for purchases $60.00 or more before taxes - 4-6 estimated business days

Flat Rate $4.95 - 4-6 estimated business days

Express Shipping $20.95 estimated 1-2 business days

Return Policy

Items purchased at full price and returned within 14 days of receipt by customer unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging will be issued a refund to the original method of payment. If you would like us to send you a return label, please contact us at customerservice@lmariejewels.com and provide your order number. In this instance, a flat rate of $4.95 will be deducted from your total refund for return shipping.

Returns after 14 days will NOT be accepted and merchandise will be sent back to customer. 

Sale Items and any item purchased on Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday are final sale and are NOT eligible to be returned.
